3 chicken breasts
1 15oz. can black beans; rinsed and drained
1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
1 10oz. frozen whole kernel corn
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 red, green or yellow bell pepper
1 10oz. can enchilada sauce
1 10.75oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 can reduced sodium chicken broth
1 small can chopped green chiles
1 teaspoon Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
Pepper Jack cheese
Texas Toast- tortilla strips
