  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • Canola oil, for brushing skillet
  • 9 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
  • Goat Milk Caramel with Spirits
