- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 c Corn Starch
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Sauce
- 1/2 c Gochujang Paste
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Brosn Sugar
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Batter
- 1/2 c Corn Starch
- 1/2 c Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 c Cold Water
- 1/2 c Vodka
