Low Fat Hawaiian Pasta Salad
"I was looking for a great low fat recipe for thanksgiving due to a special diet and this was the result. Came out excellent. I used low fat varieties of sour cream, mayo, and ham."

Ingredients

8 oz rotini or bow tie pasta
1 (14oz) can pineapple tidbits, juice reserved
1 red pepper, diced
2 cups low fat diced ham
1 green onion, thinly sliced

Dressing
1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise or dressing (I use Hellmanns light)
1/4 cup no fat sour cream
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/3 cup pineapple juice
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
black pepper to taste
