1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

8 cloves of garlic
2 cups of canned Italian tomatoes crushed
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/2 teaspoon of crushed hot red peppers
1 cup of dry white wine
10 large fresh basil leaves shredded
