Oatmeal Pecan Cookies
"I always had cooked the whole batch but they would dry out before I, I mean Alan, could eat them all! So, now I baked up 12 at a time, keeping the balacne of dough in tupperware in the fridge. I have been known to pull out a tablespoon or so if I get the taste for one and dont want to heat up the oven!"
