Cream Cheese Danish

Ingredients

Dough-
5 cups flour
2 packages Yeast (4 1/2 tsp)
1 D.H. Moist Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix
2 1/2 cups hot water
Sift together dry ingredients. Add hot water. Mix again.
Cover and let rise in warm place for 1 hour.
In a separate bowl cream together Filling ingredients:
2 packages 8 ounce cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Set filling aside for now
Divide dough in half
On a floured surface, roll out dough into a large rectangle or square.
Spread half of the filling over the surface of the dough. Fold into thirds. Place in sprayed, large rectangular pan, folded side up. Repeat with the other half of the dough. Place side by side in pan.
Cut diagonally 6-7 times.
Topping:
1/4 cup butter
Cinnamon sugar
Brush with melted butter.
Sprinkle with lots of cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and cut on diagonal. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
