Pamelinas Potato Corn Chowder with Sausage "I created this recipe from ingredients around the house during the Covid 19 Quarantine. It was delicious and filling!"
32 oz. lo sodium chicken stock/broth 5 med. Russet potatoes. cubed 1 sm. onion or 1/2 lg. onion diced 10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup 15.25 can whole kernel corn 1/2 lb. Conecuh original smoked sausage sliced thin salt & pepper to taste sour cream (optional - added dollops to bows of soup when serving)
