3/4 lb of cooked venison Pastrami. (You can make this with corned beef or roast beef also.
2 TBS Olive Oil
2 Red Peppers, diced
1 C onion, chopped
5 Potatoes, medium 1/2 chunks
Salt N Pepper to taste
1 or 2 eggs per serving
