1 1/2 pounds boneless and skinless salmon fillet
1 small onion, cut up
1 stalk celery, cut up
3 sprigs parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 - 1 cup oil for frying
Tarter sauce for serving (optional)
