  • 1 small onion, cut up
  • 1 stalk celery, cut up
  • 3 sprigs parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 - 1 cup oil for frying
  • Tarter sauce for serving (optional)
