Ingredients

Ingredients for Dough



  • 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 egg yolk mixed with 1 tablespoon water

Ingredients for Filling


(enough for 4 sheets of dough)


  • 8 medium sized potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 8 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cups finely chopped onions, sateed in oil until tender
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 3/8 teaspoon white pepper
