- 1/4 c Red Wine Vinegar
- 3/4 c Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Salt and Pepper

- 1 c Parsley
- 1 c Cilantro
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1 oz Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Dry Oregano
- Salt and Pepper
